Unable to resolve conflict?
There are 3 milestones to effective conflict resolution
- Does the other party feel understood and are they willing to help me understand them
- Does the other party understand me and are they willing to communicate in a way that helps them to understand me.
- A decision is made
When two parties want to understand each other, but are at an impasse, they may not know how to keep the conversation going.

- When it comes to this issue, what are your thoughts on this?
- Why do you feel or think that way about this?
